Your choices

These change what the client is actually asked.

Include the coverage questions Life changes, goals, income protection, retirement — the questions that surface real need. On by default for a link you send, because a relationship already exists and the client expects a proper review. Untick it for the gentle version — records, beneficiaries and one open question — for a client you know has been badly treated and needs winning back before anything else. I'm completing this with them Opens the form in agent-assisted mode with the Agent's comments field visible. Use it when you're on the phone or sitting with the client, not when you're sending a link.

Worth knowing. Someone who finds the site on their own and starts a review with no link from you never sees the coverage questions — that path is sales-free by default, and it is the reason people finish it. This toggle sets the version for the link you are creating right now, and it travels with that link.
